We’re RISE — a science-backed sleep and energy app — looking for a creative, organized, and extremely online social media contractor to help us grow our organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Remote | 10–15 hours/week | Eastern Time overlap required

🚀 What You’ll Do

You’ll help shape a growing organic social presence that’s still finding its footing—especially on Instagram, which is our current primary channel and a key complement to our paid media. There’s real opportunity to leave your creative mark as we build out our strategy and voice. You’ll also play a role in optimizing and expanding content for TikTok and Facebook over time.

Create & Execute Content

• Make high-performing content: memes, carousels, short-form video, and stories
• Edit UGC, internal footage, and your own videos into Reels/TikToks that feel native to each platform
• Write platform-specific copy: captions, short scripts, and carousel text
• Post daily across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Appear on-camera in recurring video segments as a brand voice and face

Design & Edit

• Design static and motion content using Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe tools
• Maintain a tidy asset library of templates, footage, post drafts, and more
• Ensure visual and tonal consistency while leaving room for creativity

Contribute to Strategy

• Pitch content ideas, series, and trend-based formats
• Stay current on platform trends (sounds, formats, memes) and adapt them to our brand
